Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping will be sent via Tracked Packet - USA. Shipping times for Track Packet USA are usually 3-7 business days from the date you receive your shipping notification and come with a tracking number.
SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTICES:
- Shipping delays are out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, we recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number.
- When determining the number of days for shipping, the current day is not included in calculation, so for example, if a package was shipped out on a Tuesday, the Wednesday will be business day 1, and Thursday business day 2. So if your package is set to arrive in 5 business days for example, and your package is shipped on Tuesday, the 5th business day will be the following Tuesday.
- In the event there is an error with your shipping address and the package is returned, we will require additional shipping cost to re-ship your order back to me. Unfortunately there are no refunds for incorrect addresses, so please be careful and double check your shipping address before shipping your order.
- In the event your order is returned for another reason outside of my 90 day warranty, the original shipping cost will be removed from your refund. Examples include I've changed my mind, I decided I can't afford it, etc.
- In the event I have a very busy day, orders placed using paid shipping options precedence over orders placed using free shipping options.
I will do everything in my power to ship out your order within 1 business day of processing your payment. Our goal is to ship out all orders received before 3:00 PM EST on the same day.
Shipping times will vary depending on location and shipping method chosen, typically between 3-8 business days from the time you receive your shipping notification.
International shipping outside of North America may be up to two weeks or longer and require additional shipping payment.
Standard shipping is free on ALL ORDERS.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping to international locations with extreme shipping costs. You will be contacted by your email address on file if this is the case.
You are responsible to pay any duties, import fees, taxes, or tariffs associated with the import of our products to your County.
We reserve the right to ship using any alternate shipping method or company available to us.
