Your YoniFlex device is covered for 2 years
The device is covered for two years from the day your order is delivered, against manufacturing defects under normal use. That covers the electronics, the screen and controls, and the charging function.
Your probe is covered for 30 days
Probes are covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects.
The shorter window is because a probe is a wear item rather than a permanent part of the kit. With regular use, most probes last somewhere between 6 and 12 months before they need replacing. That is normal and expected, not a sign that anything went wrong.
If something is not working
Email us at support@yoniflex.com and we will make it right.
Every situation is a little different. Sometimes a problem is solved in a couple of troubleshooting emails. Sometimes we send out a replacement. Sometimes we ask for the device back so we can take a look at it ourselves.
To help us move quickly, include your order number, a short description of the issue, roughly when it started, and a photo or short video of the issue you are having.
Please do not mail anything back to us before you hear from us. We will send you a return address and instructions if we need the device back.
What the warranty covers, and what it does not
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, meaning something that was wrong with the device rather than something that happened to it.
The warranty does not cover:
• Drops, crushing, or other accidental damage
• Liquid damage, or cleaning the device in a way the instructions do not recommend
• Opening the unit, or repairs by anyone other than us
• Damage from charging equipment that did not come with your kit
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect how it works
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft
A few additional details
Coverage begins on the day your order is delivered, and applies to kits purchased directly from yoniflex.com. If you bought your YoniFlex somewhere else, that retailer handles its own warranty.
If we replace your device, the replacement is covered for the remainder of your original two years.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
