YoniFlex is an at-home pelvic floor electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). It delivers controlled electrical impulses through a vaginal probe to stimulate pelvic floor muscle contractions.

YoniFlex is FDA-cleared for pelvic floor rehabilitation in women, including the treatment of stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence and the maintenance of urinary continence.

YoniFlex offers adjustable stimulation programs for convenient at-home use. 

Electrical muscle stimulation, or EMS, uses controlled electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions.

YoniFlex encourages use even after seeing results, although the frequency of use will change, we want those muscles to stay nice and strong!

Transitioning to a maintenance routine after completing an initial rehabilitation program is reccommended. Most use the YoniFlex  just 2-3 times per week after they have achieved the results they are happy with. 

Your long-term needs depend on your symptoms, progress, and recommendations from your healthcare professional.

Always follow the program instructions in your YoniFlex user manual.

Before your first session: Read the user manual, including all warnings and contraindications. Make sure the electronic device is adequately charged. Connect the Amelia vaginal probe to the device using the supplied connection wire. Apply a small amount of compatible water-based lubricant to the probe, and the genitals. Gently insert the probe. Select the appropriate training program. Begin at a low intensity and adjust gradually to a comfortable level.

Do not use YoniFlex if a contraindication in the user manual applies to you.

YoniFlex is meant to be used daily for at least 3 months daily. If desired results are achieved by that time, you would then move to a maintenance 2-3 days per week to maintain the results.

Please follow the schedule provided on your YoniFlex insert pamphlet. Using the device more frequently than recommended does not produce better results.

Session duration depends on the selected YoniFlex program. Programs run 15-20 minutes, depending on which program you are on. Do not exceed the recommended session length.

Electrical stimulation may feel unfamiliar at first, but it should not cause pain. You may notice tingling, pulsing, or a tightening sensation as the pelvic floor muscles contract. Begin at a low intensity and increase gradually while remaining comfortable. If you experience pain or significant discomfort, stop using the device.

You may experience tingling, pulsing, or gentle squeezing sensations as the pelvic floor muscles respond to stimulation. The sensation varies depending on the program, intensity, and individual sensitivity. The goal is comfortable stimulation, not the strongest possible sensation.

No. YoniFlex uses electrical stimulation to create pelvic floor muscle contractions for you. You do not need to consciously perform contractions yourself. 

Your YoniFlex user manual explains the available programs and their intended uses. Choose a program according to those instructions. If you are unsure which program is appropriate for your symptoms, we are here to help. 

Of course! Many take this time to read, relax, or watch television during a session, provided you remain awake, comfortable, and attentive to the stimulation. Use this time for you, its "YoniTime"

Yes! Most IUD's are safe to use with YoniFlex. If you are unsure you can check with your medical provider beafore use. 

No. Do not use YoniFlex during pregnancy.If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, do not begin internal electrical stimulation.

Postpartum recovery varies. Wait until your healthcare provider confirms that you are fully healed before using the YoniFlex. On average, that is around the 6-8 week mark. 

Yes! You do not have to stop using the YoniFlex during menstration. In fact, many express the duration of menstartion and the level cramps decrease with the use of YoniFlex.

Yes, provided your medical practitioner has given you the green light that you are all healed. 

Yes, YoniFlex may be suitable for women with pelvic organ prolapse. Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help improve pelvic support and may relieve certain symptoms. you can also use a pessary to "hold" things in while using the YoniFlex. 

Do not use YoniFlex if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device for which electrical stimulation is contraindicated. If you have any medical implant, review the user manual and consult your healthcare professional before use.

Stop using YoniFlex if you experience: Pain or significant discomfort Unusual vaginal bleeding Irritation or a suspected allergic reaction Dizziness or feeling unwell New or worsening pelvic symptoms Do not continue using the device if you suspect an infection or have unexplained symptoms. Seek appropriate medical advice before resuming use.

Yes! Every YoniFlex kit includes a complimentary water-based lubricant sample to help you get started. This is a sample, not a full-size bottle. When your sample runs out, you can purchase additional compatible water-based personal lubricant from a pharmacy or trusted retailer.

Water-based lubricant helps make probe insertion more comfortable and support appropriate contact during stimulation. Only use water based lube with your YoniFlex probe, as specified in the user manual.

Clean your Amelia probe after every use with mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry before storing away

No. Your Amelia vaginal probe is intended for individual use only. For hygiene and safety reasons, it should not be shared with another person, even after cleaning.

Yes! The YoniFlex electronic device includes a two-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. The warranty begins on the date of delivery. If you experience a problem with your controller during the warranty period, contact our customer support team for assistance.

The two-year limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship affecting the YoniFlex electronic device during normal, intended use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions. The two-year controller warranty does not extend to the vaginal probes, connection wire, or USB charging cable. First, confirm that: Your device is adequately charged. The probe and connection wire are properly connected. You have selected the intended training program. The stimulation intensity is set according to the user manual. You have followed the instructions for using compatible water-based lubricant. If appropriate, gradually adjust the intensity while remaining comfortable. If you still cannot feel stimulation, stop and contact our support team.

First, check that the device is adequately charged and that the cables are connected correctly. Review the troubleshooting instructions in your user manual. If the device continues to malfunction, contact our customer support team with your order information and a description of the problem.
