Refund policy
Our YoniFlex guarantee.
We are so confident that you will see real results with the Yoniflex, please take a full 120 days try your YoniFlex. If you do not see improvement in your pelvic floor issues, you can return the product for a refund.
Here are the details of the three month guarantee:
- Please use Yoniflex daily for 120 days. Don't quit after a few days or even a few weeks. Your pelvic floor muscles may take a month or more to start to build up strength, which is why it is important to stick with your treatment for the full three months. When you first go to the gym after years away, do you expect to see large muscle growth after just a few workouts?
- Please do not return the probe or personal lubricant. All YoniFlex probes are sold as final sales for hygienic reasons. The current cost of the probe will be deducted from your return. Keep the personal lubricant as our gift to you.
- Please ensure that the product is returned with all accessors, - this includes including the box, instruction booklet, quick start guides, wires, etc. If the packaging has been damaged I cannot accept the return.
If you decide to return your Yoniflex, please contact Support@YoniFlex.com with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reasons for your return. You will receive a return code, which you need to send with your YoniFlex return. You must contact us and receive a return number before starting a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For sanitary reasons, Probes cannot be returned. All sales are final on probes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot refund a return on a payment method different from the original purchase payment method.
Refunds do not include any additional shipping cost paid by the customer.
