Hi, I'm Tricia =)
Tricia is the founder of YoniFlex.
A few months after having my second baby, (9 lbs 5 oz and 12 hours of labour) I noticed my pelvic floor just didn't feel right. After discussions with my gynecologist I discovered I had stress incontinence, urge incontinence and a prolapse. Fan-freaking-tastic, I thought to myself.
I'm not a sit-on-my-ass and commiserate type of gal, so I started researching ways to reduce my incontinence. After many failed attempts trying kegel exercises, vaginal cones, and manual exercise devices, I finally found success with a Pelvic Floor Trainer.
Just two weeks into my training sessions I started noticing a shift in my pelvic region. I stopped having to wear pads all day long 'just in case', and I could actually sleep through the night without getting up to pee! I regained my confidence, my stress reduced, and my sex life came back with a passion! I finally felt 'normal' again for the first time in years.
I knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of other women, so with the support of my incredible partner, YoniFlex was born. After months of research, working with manufactures, testers, and the support of my friends and family, I have developed the ideal product to support your pelvic floor health.
WHAT IS THE YONIFLEX?
The YoniFlex is an Automatic pelvic floor trainer.
YoniFlex stimulates your pelvic floor muscles automatically, making them contract and then relax. This action strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. You don't have to do any work, or even think about it. The YoniFlex does perfect kegel exercises for you.
Unlike many pelvic floor products, there is no stress, strain, squeeze, or struggle required on your part. Even if your pelvic floor muscles are so weak you cannot manually tense them, the YoniFlex can. You just sit back, read a book, listen to music, or watch Netflix as the YoniFlex does all the work.
In just 20 minutes a day you will strengthen your pelvic floor and reduce or eliminate your prolapse.
At least 30% of women perform kegel exercise incorrectly.1
No more wondering if you are doing kegels properly, or if its even making a difference. No more remembering to squeeze those kegels every time your stopped at a red light!
Doing kegel exercise the wrong way can lead to further damage to your pelvic floor causing prolapse or stress incontinence.2 You might think you are doing perfect kegels yourself, but oftentimes this is just not the case. Yoniflex takes the guesswork, and the hard work out of your pelvic floor exercise
TESTIMONIALS FROM MY CUSTOMERS:
Before using the Yoniflex I was always having to pee. I had frequent trips to the toilet and was waking up many times through the night to pee. I had to wear pads everyday or have wet underwear. I started to smell like urine. It was unbearable for me and embarrassing. I invested in the YoniFlex, and the results have been fantastic. I can sleep again. I do not need to wear a pad again and no longer smell like urine. I have my confidence back again. If you identify with me please give this a try. It's' a life changer. I just wish I had found about it sooner!
At 47 years young, after having 3 natural childbirths in my 20's, I knew my pelvic floor needed attention. I've been using the YoniFlex for 3 weeks now and have seen some definite improvement. Stress and urge incontinence have all improved, and there is still room for improvement, but it's just the early days. I wish I had bought this sooner. To anyone thinking about buying one of these just do it. The problems won't go away on their own. Thank you Tricia, not only for your YoniFlex, but answering my many questions over the past several weeks. You are a lifesaver!
After my prolapse surgery last year I was told by a gynaecologist I would probably need surgery on my bladder as it wasn't getting any better. I really didn't want more surgery and with so much controversy around mesh, I bought the YoniFlex as a last attempt. I found doing kegel exercises boring and tedious. I'm nearly 3 weeks into it and it's the best thing ever. I've gone from wearing pads everyday as I leaked when I walked to no leaking at all. I'm so glad I made this purchase and definitely will continue to use it as part of my daily life. Thank you thank you thank you!
"I guarantee the YoniFlex will reduce your incontinence or you may return it within 3 months." - Tricia
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
The short answer is - it depends. It depends on the severity of your incontinence, your age, and how quickly your body responds to strength training. Most women start to see improvements in 2-3 weeks, however as we age, our muscles take longer to strengthen, so for some women it could take up to 4 weeks of daily use to start to see results. The complete program for urge incontinence is 12 weeks.
The Yoniflex is a safe, non surgical and non pharmaceutical method to strengthen your pelvic floor. Normally, your body fires your muscles into action through your central nervous system. The YoniFlex is simply replacing your body's own signals. Your body can not tell the difference between a voluntary contraction and electrically stimulated one, it only recognizes a stimulus and reacts accordingly.
There have been dozens of studies on successful treatments using EMS. If you want to deep dive into the science behind the YoniFlex, checkout this page: Understanding the science.
Absolutely. It is safe to use the YoniFlex with an IUD. It is also safe for those with a hysterectomy to use the YoniFlex, as long as you wait at least 6 weeks after your surgery to begin.
The training sessions for postpartum incontinence are just 20 minutes long.

MORE ABOUT YOUR PELVIC FLOOR:
The pelvic floor is a fantastic muscle group, especially in women. It sits like a hammock connecting to both of your hip bones at the sides, and to your pubic bone at the front and your tailbone at the back. The pelvic floor connects and supports your bladder, vagina, anus, and urethra. Your Uterus, bowels and bladder all rest on it.
The pelvic floor is a big freaking deal! You engage your pelvic floor when you pee, poop, have sex, orgasm, sit down, stand up, walk, run, and just about everything. Its massively affected by the weight of pregnancy as well as the trauma of vaginal birth (or pushing before an unplanned C-section) as it stretches, elongates and experiences soft tissue damage.
Did you know? 35 percent of new mothers experience urinary incontinence following childbirth? and 20 percent of first-time moms experience severe pelvic floor muscle injury after a normal pregnancy and deliver? You are not alone!
What are the symptoms of Postpartum Incontinence?
- Leaking urine during stressful events like giggling, sneezing, or jogging.
- Sudden urges to urinate
- Waking up often in the nighttime to urinate
- Leaking urine slowly throughout the day
