Reusable EMS electrode pads for the YoniFlex Pelvic Floor Trainer. Train without a probe.
Who it's for
Pelvic pads let you exercise on days you'd rather not use a probe — and they're a genuine alternative if you can't or would rather not use one at all.
They also open up ankle placement for urge incontinence, which works differently from probe training.
Important: These pads are designed for the YoniFlex trainer. Do not use them with a TENS device.

For pelvic floor training
Place two pads in one of these positions:
- Centered on both legs at the front, just below the panty line
- On either side of the perineum, at least 1 inch apart
- Centered on the lower buttocks
For urge incontinence: ankle placement
Program P3 runs continuous stimulation designed for tibial nerve work. The tibial nerve connects to the nerves controlling your bladder, which is why stimulating at the ankle can help with urgency and night-time waking.
Place one pad just behind the ankle bone on the inside of your leg, and the second about 4 inches higher, behind the shin bone. Raise the intensity until you feel a strong tingling. If your toes start to curl, turn it down slightly.
Most protocols use two sessions a week over six weeks.
Care and safety
- If the pads lose their stickiness, add 1–2 drops of water to each and rub it in to rejuvenate them
- Go carefully on body hair to avoid the waxing effect
- Never place two pads closer than 1 inch apart
- Never place a pad directly on a joint
- Never place a pad on your neck or face

Returns
For sanitary reasons, opened pads cannot be returned or exchanged. If your pads arrive damaged or won't adhere from the first use, email us at support@yoniflex.com and we'll send a replacement. You can also reach us through our contact page.
